Arc Times Site Policy

Arc Times (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is a web media operated by Arc Times, Inc. Users who browse, post, or otherwise use the Site are assumed to have agreed to this “Site Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”). Minors must obtain the prior consent of their parents or guardians before using the Site (the use of the Site by a minor shall be deemed to constitute the consent of his/her parents or guardians).

 

Article 1 (Application)

1 “Users” to whom this policy applies include all persons who use the Site.

2 The rules and regulations regarding this site that we post on other pages in this site from time to time shall constitute a part of this policy.

Article 3 (Advertisements and Transactions with Third Parties)

(7) In addition to the above items, any act that violates or may encourage the violation of laws and regulations

2 We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of the posting in any case, including but not limited to the cases exemplified below.

(1) Damage arising from special circumstances, whether or not foreseen by the Company

(2) Lost profits, including damages due to loss, alteration, leakage, damage, etc., of postings

(3) Any and all damages caused by claims from third parties, including other users.

If any dispute arises between a user and the Company regarding this Policy or the Site, both parties shall consult with each other in good faith, but if the dispute cannot be resolved, the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
